JERRY CRUNCHER: When Mr. Darnay arrived at the docks he couldn’t help take his eyes off of the beautiful Miss Lucy Manette. When Dr. Manette had trouble standing up on his own it was Mr. Darnay that rushed to assist Miss Lucy and her father. As he helped the Doctor onto the boat Lucy gave him a big smile and thanked him. Mr. Darnay made her blush he did, and you could see the two of them were making eyes with each other. But Miss Pross stepped between them and hurried Lucy onto the boat. That Miss Pross she didn’t trust anyone with her Ladybird!
So off we sailed back to London and in the middle of the night Mr. Darnay stepped out for a bit of fresh air from his cabin and walked to the bow of the boat and there he saw Miss Lucy again, her hair shining in the moonlight and looking lovely as ever. Ahh Love!
